This introductory poster presents ModDetect, Rockland’s platform of validated monoclonal antibodies that recognize key chemical modifications in oligonucleotide therapeutics (ONTs), including phosphorothioate (PS), 2’-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE), and 2’-O-methyl (OMe). Designed for use across diverse assay types, ModDetect provides an orthogonal alternative to LC-MS/MS and ligand binding assays by enabling direct localization and quantification of ONTs in lysates and biofluids.
