Frequently Asked Questions

You can download the CoA for any product by searching the product on our website and using the 'Certificate of Analysis Lookup' found at the bottom of the product page. There you can enter the lot # and download the CoA. Alternatively, if you have a Rockland account, you can login and find CoAs for all your past orders via the 'Orders' tab on your ‘My Account’ page. A printed CoA will also included with every order.

You can download the SDS for most products by searching the product on our website and clicking the 'SDS' link found under the product images at the top of the product page. If you encounter issues when downloading the SDS or an SDS is not available online, our technical service team at tech@rockland.com is ready to assist.

To request a formal quote, simply add items to your shopping cart, select ‘Review & Quote’ on the Shopping Cart pop-up window, then select 'Quote My Cart' from the Shopping Cart page. Once the quote is generated, you can download your quote directly to your device.

For orders up to $5,000, you can easily convert your quote into an order using the Accept Quote feature. Select ‘Accept Quote’ located on the top navigation bar beside ‘My Cart’ or go to the 'Quotes' tab under ‘My Account’. You can then import your quote by entering your quote number and proceed with payment. For quotes exceeding $5,000, please email orders@rockland.com to receive an invoice.

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please note that the first order placed with a purchase order may require advance payment.

To include a purchase order, please complete your online order and forward your order confirmation to orders@rockland.com with a PDF of your purchase order attached.

Product availability is indicated on each product page. In-stock products are typically shipped the same day for orders placed before 2:30 pm Eastern Time.

Yes, you can place an order online without an account; however, we will automatically create an account for you when you make your first purchase. If you plan to ship internationally, we recommend reviewing our list of distributors before creating an account.

We offer the following flat rate fees when purchasing on the web: $30 to U.S., $50 to Canada, and $100 internationally. For shipping internationally, check out our list of international distributors for the most efficient shipping. In addition, a handling fee of $20 will be added to your order. If you use your own shipping account, only the handling fee will be applied.

Shipping Information

Shipping methods and charges vary depending on whether an order is placed through our website or processed offline (e.g., quotes, bulk orders, or custom requests). All products are packaged and shipped using methods appropriate to their specific temperature, handling, and regulatory requirements.

Whenever possible, items are consolidated into a single shipment. Orders requiring multiple shipping methods (e.g., ambient and dry ice) will incur separate shipping charges for each method used.

Orders that exceed standard size or weight limits, or that require special handling, may be subject to additional fees. Oversized or non-standard shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about packaging or shipping requirements.

Note: PO Boxes cannot be accepted for any order; a physical delivery address is required.

Web Order Shipping

For orders placed directly through our website, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply:

United States: $30
Canada: $50
International: $100

A $20 handling fee is applied to all web orders. If you choose to ship using your own carrier account, only the handling fee will be applied.

International shipping for web orders is available; however, additional fees, documentation, or regulatory requirements may apply depending on destination and product type. We recommend reviewing our list of international distributors to determine the most efficient fulfillment option.

Offline Order Shipping

The shipping methods and charges below typically apply to offline orders, including quoted, bulk, or custom shipments. In some cases, these options may also be used for large or specialized web orders.

UPS Next Day Air

Ambient or Wet Ice: $65 flat rate

Available for shipment to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Canada, Monday through Friday. This method is commonly used for products with less stringent temperature requirements.

UPS Next Day Air

Dry Ice: $65 flat rate

Shipped overnight with dry ice to maintain required product temperatures. Orders placed late Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday to ensure product integrity.

International Shipments

$130 flat rate

Shipping charges for outside the US and Canada will be determined once the order has been received. Charges may vary based on destination, product classification, and regulatory requirements.

Hazardous Materials & Dangerous Goods

Some products are regulated as Dangerous Goods for Transport and are subject to hazardous material handling and shipping fees. These charges are applied per shipping container, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please contact us for product-specific guidance.
