President & CEO

Jim Fendrick, a 35-year veteran of the biotechnology industry, is President and CEO of Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc. and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Rockland has evolved into a global life sciences tools and services organization specializing in antibody development, assay design, and contract research solutions for academic, biopharma, and government markets worldwide.

In addition to leading Rockland’s core operations, Jim provides strategic oversight across the company’s broader commercial platform, including antibodies-online, its affiliated global e-commerce marketplace serving the life sciences research community. He has directed the expansion of Rockland’s international distribution infrastructure and digital commercialization strategy, strengthening the company’s global market position and customer reach.

Jim is an active board member of the Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing (JIB), the Montgomery County Development Corporation (MCDC), and is a founding member of the PHL Art & Life Science Initiative. He has long partnered with Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA) and the Yellow Springs Art Show. A graduate of Gettysburg College, Jim resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Maureen.
