Target Details

Mouse
Native Protein
Anti-Mouse IgG IgA and IgM whole molecule was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgG IgA and IgM whole molecule in goat.
This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Mouse immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations.

Application Details

ELISA
