WIT-T™ Culture Medium has been specifically optimized for the robust culture of human mammary epithelial cells of transformed phenotype (e.g., immortalized cells transformed either with SV40 early region, termed BPLE cells, or with both SV40 early region and H-R as, known as BPLER cells), an important experimental model for the study of tumor cell biology. Additional applications for WIT-T in tumor and normal cell biology can be found in peer-reviewed publications. Manufactured by Cellaria, LLC.
